Job Summary
Global Marketing Manager for qPCR instruments and workflows responsible for developing and executing integrated global marketing programs that educate customers on qPCR/dPCR applications, drive demand, and generate pipeline. Lead multi-channel outbound campaigns, partner with Product Management to articulate differentiated value, support new product introductions, track campaign performance and ROI, and collaborate with regional teams and external partners to localize programs and achieve revenue objectives. Requires 5+ years in biotechnology/life sciences marketing, foundational knowledge of qPCR workflows, ability to translate complex technical workflows into customer-centric messaging, and strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills. Willingness to travel up to ~25% and manage marketing budgets. Preferred advanced degree (MS/PhD) or MBA and experience with instrument-based portfolios or digital marketing tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related life science field preferred; alternatively, a degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications with relevant industry experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles within biotechnology, life sciences, diagnostics, or related industries
- Foundational understanding of qPCR technologies and workflows (instrumentation and assay experience preferred)
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global, matrixed environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
