Global Manufacturing Infrastructure - Deployment Manager

Job Summary
Manage end-to-end project delivery of assigned satellite integration sites from initiation through handover, owning the deployment schedule, budget, and work breakdown to ensure milestones align with ICEYE's production roadmap. Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and local stakeholders to secure timely equipment and contractor support while tracking dependencies across civil works, facility installations, and IT/security readiness. Proactively identify risks, resolve delays, and serve as the central coordination point for internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a central project lead with 5–8+ years of infrastructure experience to drive accountability across global teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in infrastructure, manufacturing, or facility deployment project management, ideally in aerospace, automotive, or high-tech sectors
- Strong command of project management tools and methodologies (Gantt, WBS, Critical Path, risk logs, etc.)
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder infrastructure or industrial deployment projects
- Strong project management capabilities, including scheduling, cost tracking, and risk mitigation
- Ability to operate autonomously in highly dynamic environments while coordinating across cross-functional and global teams
- Experience working with supply chain, logistics, and external vendors for equipment and facility readiness
- Clear communication skills and a structured approach to reporting, prioritisation, and stakeholder management
- Fluent in English, with strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
- Location: Espoo (up to 50% of travel)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with international site deployment or construction coordination
- Familiarity with manufacturing infrastructure, cleanroom requirements, or technical integration environments
- Background in aerospace or space sector facility deployments
