Global Manager IBP Finance

Global IBP Finance Manager is a senior finance leadership role with enterprise-wide reach, accountable for shaping and advancing the financial dimension of Integrated Business Planning across the global organization. Responsibilities include driving standardization and evolution of IBP finance processes, owning the financial integration of the global IBP cycle, defining finance standards and performance measures, partnering with digital/systems teams to enhance planning and analytics (SAP APO/IBP, Qlik/Power BI, FP&A tools), representing Finance in executive IBP and S&OP governance, translating demand/supply/inventory/capacity plans into financial implications, leading scenario planning and what-if analyses, supporting monthly/quarterly forecasting, and developing KPIs across forecast accuracy, inventory, service, profitability, and cash. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), extensive FP&A/supply chain finance/IBP experience in a global environment, strong stakeholder management, ERP/finance planning system experience (SAP, Power BI), advanced Excel/data visualization skills, and excellent communication. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, accountability, and influence to drive decision quality in a complex, multinational setting.
