Job Summary
Global Maintenance and Turnaround Manager responsible for developing and governing global maintenance strategies, asset integrity, inspections, reliability, and spare-parts programs across NORAM sites. Lead maintenance governance, budgeting (budgets exceeding 50 MEUR), and KPI tracking; coordinate with engineering and site teams to align with business strategy, production needs, and HSE expectations; drive standardization across global sites, support training and development of maintenance resources and contractors, and manage international travel (~20%). Provide technical expertise, executive-facing presentations, and ensure adherence to asset-management requirements while mentoring teams and collaborating with corporate functions. This role is based at the Orange, Texas manufacturing site with global scope.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sciences/Technology with a minimum of 10 years of relevant maintenance management experience, or 15 years of relevant experience in maintenance management in a chemical manufacturing facility will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Strong technical background in maintenance management, reliability, inspections, and asset integrity, with exposure to global business environments and diverse cultures.
- Proven experience executing and managing asset-management processes in chemical or petrochemical facilities.
- Ability to travel internationally approximately 20% annually.
