Job Summary
Lead end-to-end logistics network design and optimization for fresh produce across multimodal operations (sea, air, road) from grower origins to distribution hubs and customers; manage inbound, internal, and outbound freight with a focus on cost efficiency, service levels, and cold chain integrity; negotiate and manage 3PLs, carriers, and warehouse partners; ensure compliance with import/export regulations and Incoterms; drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and sustainability initiatives; collaborate with Sourcing, Operations, Commercial, Procurement, and Finance; build and lead a high-performing logistics team and influence senior stakeholders to align regional and global logistics performance; fluency in English and strong analytical, budget, and governance capabilities across a pan-European/global scope.
