Global Logistics Procurement Manager

Lead end-to-end global logistics procurement across the fresh produce supply chain, designing and optimizing multimodal networks from grower origins to distribution hubs and customer delivery points. Oversee transport operations (sea, air, road), warehousing, and final-mile activities, ensuring cold chain integrity and high service levels. Manage inbound, internal, and outbound freight with a focus on cost efficiency and product quality; implement risk mitigation, contingency planning, and compliance with international transport regulations. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sourcing, Operations, Commercial, Procurement, and Finance to align supply, demand, and logistics performance. Lead selection, negotiation, and performance management of 3PLs, carriers, and warehouse partners; drive continuous improvement and long-term partnerships. Monitor KPIs, supplier risks, budgets, and terms to optimise financial and operational performance; build and lead a high-performing logistics team with focus on accountability, succession planning, and talent development. Fluency in English required; experience in pan-European or global procurement in fresh produce/FMCG is preferred.
