Coordinate ocean export freight and ensure timely movement of shipments with accurate data entry and Track and Trace updates. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, ensure compliance with internal and government regulations, and uphold SOPs. Leverage strong organizational skills and proficiency in Excel/Word to support operational efficiency and accurate reporting; fluent in English and able to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve positive results.
