Job Summary
Global Logistics Control Tower Specialist responsible for leading international ocean and air import/export operations, coordinating end-to-end shipments, partnering with carriers and internal teams to maintain on-time execution, supporting visibility initiatives and digital tools like FourKites, managing shipment planning, booking, tracking, exception management, and service recovery, improving vendor coordination, documentation quality, and transportation compliance, analyzing logistics performance to identify cost and service improvements, and creating dashboards, KPIs, and standard procedures to strengthen operational execution. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 5 years of international logistics experience; location is Wrocław, Poland with an on-site, in-office schedule (at least four days per week).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, import/export operations, or supply chain roles
- Proven experience managing ocean and air transportation operations, including international inbound and outbound shipment execution
- Experience working with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, 3PLs, and cross-functional internal stakeholders in a global environment
- Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to support or lead logistics improvement initiatives and deliver results across multiple workstreams
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with ability to operate independently in a fast-paced and complex international environment
