Job Summary
Define the annual and quarterly global lifecycle and CRM roadmap, shifting the organization from email execution to comprehensive customer lifecycle management. Drive strategy and optimization for foundational triggers like onboarding, cart abandonment, and win-back programs while establishing clear KPIs and growth targets. Oversee CRM strategies for Gaming and Personal Workspace categories, coaching an internal team and managing agency partners to optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud Enterprise and Customer Data Platform utilization. Architect consumer journeys from acquisition through retention, leveraging predictive analytics and A/B testing to maximize lifetime value and revenue per subscriber.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing within consumer-facing environments
- 2+ years of experience managing direct reports and leading external agency partners/vendors
- Strong strategic and operational knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Enterprise (MCE) (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions) and Customer Data Platforms (CDP / Data Cloud)
- Deep familiarity with marketing attribution models, predictive analytics, LTV modeling, and leveraging advanced customer segmentation tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- MBA
- Commercial Acumen: A strategic thinker who naturally connects lifecycle marketing initiatives to bottom-line business outcomes and revenue generation
- Gaming Champion: Authentic empathy for and understanding of our consumers, with particular focus and experience with the passionate gaming community
- Change Agent: Proactive self-starter capable of navigating matrixed global environments and driving transformation
- Communicator: Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills to secure buy-in from partners and peers as well as the executional team
- Work onsite at our Irvine, CA office 2–3 days per week
- Work remotely for the remaining days
