Job Summary
Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify capability needs and develop targeted learning solutions aligned with strategic priorities. Execute learning and capability development strategies that support business goals and workforce requirements by designing, implementing, and continuously improving leadership development, professional skills, and workplace learning programs. Facilitate instructor-led workshops, leadership programs, and development experiences for leaders and high-potential employees while establishing success measures to assess program effectiveness and return on investment. Provide learning consulting expertise to stakeholders on organizational and workforce capability initiatives, supporting change and transformation efforts through integrated talent development strategies. Evaluate and manage external vendors, learning technologies, and content providers to meet business needs, leveraging data and insights to inform recommendations and continuously improve program outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of Learning & Development experience
- Proven experience designing, implementing, facilitating, and evaluating learning and development programs
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to address organizational capability and workforce development needs
- Demonstrated success leading learning initiatives that support organizational change and business transformation
- Experience working with global and cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Professional certification in coaching, psychometric assessment, organizational development, learning consulting, or related fields
