Job Summary
Lead the design, governance, and continuous evolution of the global Learning & Development function by building a world-class learning ecosystem aligned with business strategy. Develop and execute the global L&D strategy, own the company's learning catalogue and HPL Academy within the Learning Management System, and design end-to-end learning journeys from onboarding through executive development. Conduct skills gap analyses, partner with business leaders to identify capability needs, and manage global programs including compliance, technical, and leadership initiatives. Establish improved L&D governance and methodologies to deliver a consistent experience across regions, while monitoring effectiveness and adoption using data and feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology or a related field
- Proven experience building, leading or scaling a Learning & Development function or Center of Excellence within a global organization
- Strong experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and owning enterprise-wide learning catalogues
- Expertise in designing learning strategies, competency frameworks and end-to-end development programs
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leaders across multiple functions and seniority levels
- Strong project management, organizational and communication skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Resilient, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with global stakeholders
- Passion for developing people, enabling organizational transformation and embedding a strong learning culture
