Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement global learning and development programs for manufacturing operations; align training initiatives with safety, quality, productivity, and performance improvement; collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to assess capability needs and identify skill gaps; adapt global programs to local operational needs while maintaining alignment with company standards; evaluate program effectiveness and drive improvements based on data and KPIs; promote continuous learning and professional growth across all manufacturing locations; provide insights to senior leadership based on outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development within manufacturing or operational environments
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, including safety, quality, and performance practices
- Experience designing and delivering training programs that support operational improvement
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and training evaluation methods
- Preferred: experience in global organizations, Lean/Six Sigma, advanced instructional design and adult-learning methodologies
- Experience using data and analytics to measure training effectiveness and drive improvement
