Job Summary
Global learning design & development expert responsible for designing and developing scalable, global learning solutions with a strong emphasis on leadership development. Translate organizational needs into structured learning solutions, leadership development journeys, and career development frameworks adaptable to diverse cultural contexts. Focus on design rather than delivery; enable local teams and facilitators to deploy programs across regions. Responsibilities include applying learning experience design and behavioral science principles, conducting performance needs analyses, measuring impact with data and analytics, managing end-to-end learning initiatives, coordinating with local stakeholders, and ensuring successful deployment of global programs. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in Learning & Development, fluency in English and Spanish, and a hybrid work arrangement with Barcelona office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally in global or international environments
- Proven experience designing leadership development programs, learning journeys, and career development frameworks
- Experience designing scalable learning solutions across multiple regions
- Languages: English and Spanish fluency
