Ensure service level agreements and obligations are met by applying in-depth process and service knowledge. Co-own the development of standard operating procedures to drive standardization and simplify processes. Provide input for training materials and ensure compliance with policies and data protection laws. Analyze exceptions, report findings, and offer recommendations for process improvements while leading the team's sustainable continuous improvement efforts.
