Global Lean Specialist

Job Summary
The Global Lean Specialist will lead the deployment of Lean initiatives across R&M facilities in LATAM, focusing on tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, TPM, and Lean Daily Management. Responsibilities include conducting continuous improvement roadmaps, fostering a culture of operational excellence, engaging cross-functional teams, and acting as a change agent for Lean culture. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Lean methodologies. Travel up to 20% is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Electrical Engineering, Industrial)
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence
- Proven experience implementing and improving Lean tools and systems
- Mandatory experience facilitating Kaizen events
- Proficiency in MS Office
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Practitioner Certification
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Knowledge of MS Visio
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Knowledge of JDE
- Knowledge of MyAdvisor
