Job Summary

Provide effective 1:1 coaching and consulting to network partner organizations globally, with a particular focus on the Asia Pacific region, to advance recruitment, selection, and matriculation practices. Analyze and diagnose global needs based on quantitative and qualitative evidence to co-develop priorities for content, learning experiences, and tools. Design and lead virtual workshops, in-person conferences, and peer-to-peer learning trips for Heads of RSM to build connections and exchange best practices. Create and curate resources, tools, and best practices to provide partner organizations with actionable knowledge development and insights. Set the vision and manage the regional APAC RSM community of 20 network Heads of RSM and recruiters, facilitating regional learning calls to share solutions to pressing challenges. Contribute insights on recruitment and selection to the broader global ecosystem while collaborating with internal teams on organizational priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid work and residency authorization to work in the country of hire at the time of application
  • Sufficient English-language proficiency to lead group calls in English, provide 1-1 coaching and consulting in RSM, and to develop written knowledge products in English
  • Experience leading a RSM team and/or experience as a senior member of a RSM team in the Teach For All network
  • Experience in designing and leading in-person and virtual adult learning spaces
  • Strong coaching and consulting skills
  • A deep grounding in the APAC context and skills to work effectively across cultures in this region
  • Experience working in close partnership with GenZ
  • Deep personal commitment to and nuanced understanding of Teach For All's purpose, theory of change, Unifying Principles, and Core Values, with the ability to foster understanding and investment of these among diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify organization-wide opportunities within ambiguous, complex, and high-stakes situations, and to implement innovative solutions in response while remaining culturally responsive and adaptable
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders across cultures, spaces, and lines of difference, and to drive results through informal authority
  • Strong organizational and flexible project management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple shifting priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, globally-distributed environment
  • Experience and/or comfort with leveraging social media for successful recruitment efforts
