Job Summary
Global Lead for Bus Operations and Service Planning responsible for managing projects related to bus operations, paratransit solutions, and service planning, including bus network redesigns, BRT planning, zero-emission strategies, and client-facing deliverables. Lead cross-discipline teams, prepare cost estimates and life cycle analyses, develop and maintain relationships with clients, and produce technical documents and reports. Candidates should have a BS in planning or related field, 10+ years of engineering/transportation experience, and experience with major transit agencies, network redesigns, BRT planning, and consulting-business development. Provides technical expertise, QA oversight, and strategic guidance to projects, while supporting proposal development and client communications. Required Qualifications
- BS degree in planning or other related degree
- 10+ years of progressively responsible engineering experience
- Experience working with major transit agencies
- Experience completing network redesigns of bus networks
- Experience planning for new BRT service
- Experience with business development and proposal development for consulting work
