Job Summary
Global Lead, AI for Programmatic Impact is responsible for helping Teach For All’s network partners use AI to deepen and accelerate programmatic impact. The role includes 1:1 advisory and consulting with partner organizations, building and facilitating virtual and in-person learning communities for leaders, capturing and sharing insights across the network, collaborating with programmatic specialists to apply an AI lens to teachers, alumni, and governance functions, guiding make-vs-buy decisions on AI tools, and exploring a subgrant fund to support partner AI innovation. The position also focuses on ensuring responsible and values-aligned AI use with strong governance, safety, and child safeguarding considerations, while convening internal AI efforts across the global organization and contributing to Teach For All’s broader organizational progress. Key responsibilities emphasize partner advisory support, learning communities, knowledge-sharing, cross-functional collaboration, and advancing organizational AI initiatives through leadership, coaching, and strategic problem-solving. The role is primarily virtual with some travel (3-4 trips per year) and does not offer visa sponsorship; candidates must have work authorization for the country of hire. Required Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of experience in AI, tech, or programmatic roles
- Demonstrated understanding of AI tools and deployment
- Ability to bridge technical and programmatic content for diverse audiences
- Strong coaching and consulting skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities across cultures
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (English required; additional languages preferred)
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguous, diverse contexts
- Commitment to Teach For All's mission, values, and unifying principles
- Experience with ethics in AI, data privacy, and child safeguarding
- Ability to design and facilitate learning experiences for diverse audiences
