Job Summary
Global Labelling Manager, Content responsible for leading the development and maintenance of global core labelling and major market labels (CDS, USPI, EU SmPC/PIL) across products. Act as labelling lead for assigned products, organize cross-functional discussions (ELTF), collaborate with Global Labelling and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, consistent, and competitive labelling content, and conduct research on competitor labels and regulatory guidance. Prepare documentation to support labelling changes, respond to Health Authority queries, and ensure timely implementation of labelling updates across countries. Maintain high-quality documentation with version control and rationale for changes, support audit/inspection readiness, mentor colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Demonstrated capability in Global Labelling, Regulatory Affairs, or a related pharmaceutical discipline
- Working knowledge of core labelling concepts and major market formats (e.g. CDS, USPI, EU SmPC/PIL)
- Ability to interpret clinical and safety data and translate it into clear, consistent labelling content
- Strong attention to detail and documentation/traceability
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
