Global L&D Program Manager – APAC

Job Summary
APAC Global Learning & Development Program Manager designs and delivers organizational development and learning initiatives for the APAC region, consulting with HR Business Partners and regional leaders to diagnose needs, develop targeted solutions, and measure impact. Responsibilities include facilitating high-impact learning experiences (virtual and in-person), applying facilitation techniques, designing and curating content, leveraging AI and new technologies, coordinating with global COEs, managing programs and budgets, driving change and performance management, and partnering with stakeholders to align with business strategy. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and at least 10 years in learning/performance roles with 3+ years in an engineering environment; strong ability to influence diverse groups and lead cross-functional projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a training professional or performance consultant
- Minimum of 3 years in an engineering environment
- Ability to engage, educate, influence, and inspire diverse stakeholders
- Experience translating business objectives into learning and OD solutions
- Strong instructional background and strategic planning experience
- Experience using AI tools and new technologies for solution design, development and analysis preferred
