Job Summary
Global Key Account Manager – Connectivity responsible for developing sales within the Connectivity division by offering technical support services, compliance testing and certification for the electrical and electronic industry. Drive global accounts, meet assigned sales targets, expand strategic accounts across SGS’s global network, and lead cross-BU solutions across testing, certification, and advisory. Influence senior stakeholders worldwide, analyze customer needs, and contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive technical and commercial proposals. Monitor project progress and deadlines in collaboration with internal teams; analyze commercial data to identify trends and opportunities; participate in professional events to represent the company and identify new targets. Requires a strong hunter/farmer profile, strategic mindset, high energy, resilience, and ownership mentality. Proficiency in English; CRM and Microsoft Office experience; ideally knowledge of electronics/electrical industry. Compensation includes base salary plus bonus and benefits; salary range $103,000-$115,000 plus company car and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or international trade
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a global or multinational environment
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
- Understanding of international trade practices and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
