Job Summary
Strategic IT leadership for global manufacturing: leads the global ITS partnership with Manufacturing Leadership to shape and deliver multi-year technology roadmaps, prioritizes demand and portfolio shaping for manufacturing, ensures alignment with ERP, MES, shopfloor, and quality platforms, enforces GxP and regulatory compliance, and drives AI/IIoT/Industry 4.0 initiatives to measurably improve productivity, quality, yield, and cost efficiency. Requires extensive experience in manufacturing technology strategy, governance, global program delivery, and stakeholder management; strong communication skills to partner with senior executives and manufacturing leaders; and ability to translate complex tech concepts into business value across a global, regulated manufacturing environment.
