Job Summary
Global IT leader partnering with US and International Commercial Operations to shape and deliver technology-enabled commercial objectives. Owns end-to-end lifecycle for US CRM capabilities (Salesforce) and oversees demand management, portfolio shaping, and governance to align with commercial strategy. Drives digital capabilities including CRM, omnichannel engagement, analytics, automation, and AI-driven insights to enhance revenue, customer engagement, and productivity. Interfaces with executive stakeholders, leads cross-functional teams, and ensures adoption and value realization of major CRM releases and platform integrations. Requires 12+ years IT leadership in regulated industries, global stakeholder collaboration, strong communication, and a track record of delivering business outcomes through technology.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 12+ years IT, Digital, or Technology leadership experience
- 5+ years senior management or executive level experience in a global organization
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and customer engagement platforms
- Experience leading or contributing to large-scale, cross-regional technology programs
- Experience managing vendor relationships and governance for delivery partners
- Demonstrated ability to translate technology decisions into measurable commercial outcomes
