Job Summary
Lead global IT infrastructure strategy and execution across hybrid multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, and GCP); oversee modernization, automation, and standardization initiatives; manage global networking, servers, storage, and data center operations; strengthen cybersecurity posture and support Zero Trust; lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning; implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.); manage budgets, vendors, contracts, and SLAs; develop global standards, governance, and compliance practices; lead and develop distributed infrastructure teams and external partners; support 24/7 manufacturing and worldwide operations. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, change management, and experience building high-performing global teams are required, with ability to travel up to 20% and work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience
- 5+ years leading teams in a global, multi-site environment
- Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure operations
- Experience supporting manufacturing or operational environments
- Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally
