Global IT Field Service Manager

Job Summary
Lead and manage a team responsible for hiring, training, and developing employees while providing regular feedback and performance evaluations. Oversee global IT field services supporting active construction projects, remote jobsites, and regional offices by ensuring consistent delivery of on-site and remote IT support for endpoint devices, networking equipment, and collaboration technologies. Establish and maintain standardized field support processes, service levels, and escalation paths aligned with Global IT operations to drive alignment between technology solutions and business objectives. Manage site transitions and closures while ensuring operational readiness, uptime, and safety across all locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 3 years of related and/or operational experience
- 7+ years of IT operations or field services experience
- 3+ years of experience leading teams, including geographically distributed or field-based staff
- Experience supporting remote and temporary sites with limited infrastructure
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving
- an acceptable driving record
