Job Summary
Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and clarify business needs, then document functional and non-functional requirements while analyzing priorities against business goals. Lead or participate in project planning for supply chain and EDI integration initiatives, producing detailed specifications for new systems. Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external partners to design solutions, facilitate design workshops, and develop test strategies including UAT. Act as a functional reference for supply chain processes and EDI integrations, ensuring deliverable quality and compliance. Facilitate Agile delivery using Kanban by joining team rituals, keeping workflows smooth, and removing blockers. Based in Ville Saint-Laurent with 5 to 10 years of experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, information systems, business analysis, or a related field
- 5 to 10 years of experience in business analysis
- 1 to 2 years of experience in project management or coordination
- Hands-on experience with EDI integrations
- Extensive experience and knowledge in supply chain
- Experience with an ERP (ideally Epicor)
