Job Summary
Senior Investment Banking role in Global Investment Banking (Healthcare) leading deal origination, structuring, and execution across M&A, IPOs, bonds, loans and structured products. Develop client-facing materials, build financial models and valuations for pitches/projects, coordinate and supervise junior bankers, liaise with lawyers/accountants/parties, and lead client negotiations, due diligence, and management interviews. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years in healthcare-focused investment banking with deal-execution experience, SAC certificate for China or other regulator certification, Mandarin proficiency, and strong communication, analytical, and project-management skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance/Economics or a related field from a top tier educational institution
- Minimum 6 years of work experience in investment banking with past deal execution experience in healthcare related industry
- SAC certificate required (for China) or other regulator required certificate
- Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities
- Understands transaction cycle and the steps in the process and is execution oriented
- Impeccable communication details with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other lines of business
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients
