Job Summary
Executive Assistant to MD in Investment Banking Healthcare Services. Manage complex calendars, screen calls, coordinate internal/external meetings, arrange complex domestic/international travel, plan events (catering/transportation), process invoices and T&E claims, support onboarding/offboarding, prepare emails and client-ready documents, maintain organizational charts and bios, handle routine tasks, and assist with spreadsheet/presentation preparation for client meetings. Requires five+ years of administrative experience, strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to interact with senior management. Role is five days in-office in New York, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Five years of administrative experience
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities
- Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations
- Experience interacting with senior management
- Ability to organize and manage calendars, travel, meetings, and documents
- Ability to edit spreadsheets and presentations for client meetings
