Job Summary
Global Investment Banking - DCM Analyst/Associate responsible for assisting origination and execution of debt capital markets transactions for Japanese corporates, financial institutions, and SSA; support client pitching and negotiation with marketing materials, market updates, pricing information and case studies; arrange investor relations activity; develop trade ideas and recommendations across alternative markets; interact with clients and liaise with internal/external parties; grow understanding of the firm’s product suite and value across situations.

- Strong project management skills (ability to successfully prioritize and deliver competing requirements)

- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Work experience in debt capital markets or financial industry (especially for associate role)
- A well-rounded academic background from a top tier educational institution
- Confident, assertive and articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bloomberg skills
