Job Summary
Analyst in Global Investment Banking Capital Market Advisory Group to participate in the full cycle of transactional execution, including preparing marketing pitches, communicating with clients and lawyers to find solutions, handling documentation, supporting clients in preparing offering documentation and the execution process, and preparing/presenting internal committee memoranda and client presentations. Responsibilities include implementing the origination and execution function with interaction with clients and coverage/capital markets bankers, liaising with internal and external parties on transactions, and developing capability to generate and execute capital market transactions. Candidates should possess strong business English, impeccable communication, solid quantitative/analytical skills, understanding of the transaction cycle, independent project-management ability, and intellectual curiosity about capital market trends.

- Business level English
- Impeccable communication details with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
- Understand transaction cycle and the steps in the process and is execution oriented
- Adaptable, able to manage projects independently and ready to assume a high level of responsibility as a productive member of a team
- Intellectual curiosity, particularly in trends of laws and rules in capital market
- Experience of working in a relevant team in Investment Banking
- A well-rounded academic background
