Job Summary
Global Investigator role responsible for conducting internal compliance investigations across the organization, documenting procedures in English and German, developing and overseeing the global investigations process (policies, templates, and strategies), maintaining the whistleblower system, ensuring adherence to global ethical standards and regulatory requirements, organizing Speak-Up awareness trainings with global impact, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and managing external service providers (e.g., Big 4 and law firms). The ideal candidate has completed studies in economics or law, 5+ years of international investigation experience, strong integrity and discretion, and fluency in English and German.
Required Qualifications
- Completed studies in economics, law, or a related/comparable field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in leading and conducting internal compliance investigations
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
