Job Summary
Global Inventory Planner at Crocs is responsible for supporting the analysis and execution of inventory planning for Crocs’ International regions. The role partners with international teams to maintain inventory projections, support operational inventory targets, and monitor KPIs such as forward weeks of supply, excess, and in-stock levels. Key duties include developing and maintaining regional inventory projections, identifying inventory risks and opportunities, tracking alignment between regional targets and actuals, connecting inventory projections to supply chain forecasts, contributing to S&OP reporting, collaborating with regional planning, supply, and global planning teams, serving as a point of contact for regional topics, and building ad-hoc reports to inform inventory performance and decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, supply chain, or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in planning or inventory management
- Basic knowledge of planning/buying within omni-channel retail environments
- Understanding of retail math and key inventory metrics (turns, WOS, WOH, forecast accuracy)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint); SAP or o9 experience is a plus
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional partnership skills
- Clear communication skills with ability to present insights effectively
