Job Summary
Global Intercompany Accountant at STgenetics consolidates worldwide ledgers, validates intercompany transactions and eliminations, and supports global close processes. Responsibilities include preparing/reviewing accounting entries for intercompany settlements, ensuring transfer pricing consistency, managing multiple subsidiary relationships and data from various accounting systems, liaising with financial planning, treasury, tax, and external auditors, and maintaining GAAP/SEC-compliant financial reporting across locations. Requires a degree in accounting (Bachelor’s and/or Master’s), CPA preferred, experience with multiple accounting systems and financial consolidation, and strong Excel/Office skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in accounting
- Experience in Big 4 or Industry Accounting
- Experience with financial consolidation of different business units, companies, and international entities
- Thorough working knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and Access/Monarch
