Job Summary
Collaborate with Senior Field Service Engineers to install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment while performing preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems. Use digital analytics for troubleshooting and apply basic diagnostic techniques to assess and address technical issues under guidance. Coordinate and communicate directly with customers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. This role involves extensive walking, standing, and working in tight spaces within clean rooms, requiring travel of 75% of the time and a valid driver's license. New graduates with an associate degree or trade certification are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an Associate degree, military technical training, field service experience, or trade certification
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Willing to learn and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
- Experience diagnosing and resolving basic technical challenges
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a passport, if travel is required
- Able to meet all on-site requirements, including safety, environmental guidelines, and COVID-19 protocols

Desired Qualifications
- 1–2 years of work experience in customer/field service support, or a related technical field
- Associate degree in electronics or engineering technologies
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics
- Familiarity with hand tools and their appropriate usage, including digital multimeters
