Job Summary

Lead end-to-end implementation of global customer accounts, ensuring seamless transition from sales to operations and strengthening client relationships through routine account servicing. Develop detailed implementation plans with timelines, milestones, and risk strategies while coordinating with cross-functional teams like Operations, IT, and Finance to meet go-live requirements. Design customized logistics solutions by analyzing customer challenges and optimizing technology integrations including EDI/API connectivity and visibility tools. Establish and track KPIs to measure success, conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients, and maintain documentation such as SOPs and process flows. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, managing expectations and delivering regular status updates to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management, with a strong focus on solution design and implementation
  • Customer-facing experience (internal & external)
  • Fluent oral and written English is a must
  • Ability to understand Performance Metrics, Milestone activity, KPIs and SLAs
  • Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, Miro, Visio, Smartsheet)
  • Knowledge of CargoWise, Infor Nexus, or similar logistics platforms
  • Strong project management skills (PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification)
  • EDI/API integration, transport management systems (TMS
