Job Summary
Global Immigration Associate Attorney Responsible for managing Canadian business immigration matters, leading and mentoring a team of Immigration Assistants and Paralegals, with advanced LMIA knowledge, representing the firm in client meetings, and contributing to policy development and practice-wide quality assurance in Canadian immigration services. Requires cross-border practice between Canada and the US, strong English communication, and proficiency with legal technology and case management systems. Location: Houston, TX with in-person office work and potential travel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience practicing Canadian business immigration law
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree or equivalent legal education
- Must be licensed to practice law in both Canada and the United States
