Job Summary
Global IAM - IGA Engineer responsible for platform/infrastructure monitoring, test/document execution for fixes/upgrades, ticketing and end-user support, issue escalation, certificate/password rotation, vendor management, and system health/maintenance support. Requires SailPoint IIQ experience, LDAP/AD knowledge, Tomcat familiarity, and ability to produce documentation; on-call support and collaboration across cross-functional teams in a global Deloitte environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years experience with SailPoint IIQ administration and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Directory Services (LDAP/AD)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with peers and cross-functional teams
- Analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to drive specific efforts forward with appropriate guidance/oversight
- General ability to create documentation, enhance knowledge articles, etc.
- Microsoft Office capabilities (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Eligible to meet U.S. Federal security requirements
- Available for on-call 24x7 support
- Deloitte internal experience a big plus
