Job Summary
Configure, test, and document Workday across HCM, Absence, Talent, Advanced Compensation, Help, and Journeys, managing the full release cycle from stakeholder needs gathering to deployment. Own the People tool ecosystem across 17 countries, extending governance to ATS, expense management, and other HR tools by mapping usage and consolidating overlapping systems. Troubleshoot workflow issues, run root cause analysis, and partner with internal Tech teams on integrations while exploring automation and AI prototypes. Enable the community through documentation and training, acting as the reference point for vendor relationships and roadmap decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience
- Proficiency with Workday HCM
- Proficiency with Workday reporting (calculated fields, advanced and matrix reports)
- Proficiency with Workday security configuration
- Experience administering at least one other HR tool end-to-end (ATS, expense management, LMS, engagement platform...)
- Ability to translate a business need into a system requirement
- Ability to push back when a request isn't the right solution
- Structured and thorough mindset with real discipline on data accuracy and configuration documentation in a multi-country setup
- Comfort taking over a scope that someone else used to own
- Ability to arbitrate between competing requests from several People sub-teams
- Ability to explain a 'not now'
- Fluency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience running a tool migration or a vendor consolidation
- Experience in a fast-growing international environment
- French language skills
