Job Summary
Resolve Tier 3 user and stakeholder support requests for global HR technology portfolios, including SAP SuccessFactors modules. Address system breaks and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HRIS effectiveness and standardize processes across 25 countries. Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and guidance to enable optimal system adoption. Collaborate with global stakeholder teams to drive technology priorities and ensure stable, user-friendly experiences for employees and HR stakeholders worldwide.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of overall experience
- at least 3 years in SuccessFactors administration
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment responding to challenges with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to deliver
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to achieve objectives
- Hands-on SuccessFactors experience and implementing end to end processes to support a global organization
- advanced levels of problem solving abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
