Job Summary
Implement SAP SuccessFactors globally by managing rollouts, administering roles and permissions, and configuring organizational structures. Ensure system stability, performance, and availability while defining technical standards, integrations, and interfaces. Advise HR business units on digital process optimization and maintain data quality through continuous monitoring and release management. Create technical documentation and support international key users through training. Adhere to global data privacy, compliance, and security requirements. Requires SAP SuccessFactors expertise, HRIS experience, and strong English skills; offers 39-hour work week, flexible remote options, and sabbatical program.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich HRIS, HR-IT oder der Administration von HR-Systemen
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in internationalen SAP SuccessFactors Roll-out-Projekten
- Einführung oder Weiterentwicklung globaler HR-Systeme
- Fundiertes Verständnis von HR-Prozessen sowie deren Digitalisierung und Optimierung
- Technisches Know-how im Bereich Schnittstellen, APIs, Integrationen und Datenmodelle
- Erfahrung im Berechtigungsmanagement sowie im Umgang mit Datenschutz- und Compliance-Anforderungen
- Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
- Deutsch- und Spanischkenntnisse
- Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Hohe IT-Affinität, ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Themen verständlich zu vermitteln
