Global HR Reporting and Analytics Lead (HR/Workday reporting)

Lead the People Data, Reporting and Analytics function within Global HR, partnering with global HR leads and HRBPs to drive the roadmap for data, reporting and analytics. Translate business needs into analytical frameworks; implement and automate real-time HR analytics using Workday and BI tools; drive data quality, governance, and adoption of analytics platforms across the HR organization. Develop standard/ad hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics to support management decisions; manage and grow a high-performance analytics team; maintain confidentiality and ensure data privacy. Leverage Workday reporting, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and BI/Analytics skills to provide insights on HR processes, workforce data, recruiting, talent technologies, and business priorities; collaborate with global stakeholders to shape strategic priorities and deliverables. Demonstrate leadership, build capabilities, and foster a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement while maintaining strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders.
