Job Summary
Global HR Partner to support Digital Americas, Sales & Operations and Global RevOps. Partner directly with executive leaders to shape talent, organization, performance, and workforce decisions; embed a new global HR operating model across Centers of Excellence and Regional HR teams. Lead workforce planning aligned to growth and go-to-market transformation; influence senior leaders on organization design, succession, and capability development; orchestrate TA, Total Rewards, L&D, and People Analytics with AI-enabled simplification to scale HR processes. Role involves executive partnership across Americas & RevOps, driving performance differentiation through talent decisions, leadership development, and cross-functional alignment in a high-growth, matrixed environment.
Required Qualifications
- 10β15+ years in HR, including senior HR Partner or HR leadership roles in global, matrixed environments
- Experience with commercial or revenue-driven organizations (ideally Sales, GTM, RevOps)
- Strong workforce planning, organization design, transformation, and leadership development expertise
- Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively
- Business and financial acumen with a link between talent decisions and performance outcomes
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, scale, and transformation
