Job Summary
Global HR Data Analyst I to manage simple to medium complexity global HR reporting, support mass data uploads to SFEC/SAP HCM, and oversee Organizational Management data across in-scope countries. Responsibilities include ensuring data governance, supporting audits, handling onboarding/training of new team members, providing basic MySuccess technical support, monitoring OM data, and delivering timely, high-quality responses to employee HR data inquiries. Collaborates with IT and HR stakeholders to align data across systems and participates in cyclical projects and global HR data activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in HR data management or related fields
- Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors Employee Central (SFEC) and SAP HCM or similar systems
- Understanding of global HR data and Organizational Management processes and reporting requirements
- Experience with HR data uploads, data quality checks, and reconciliation processes
- Experience in data management in a multinational company with experience of high-volume data processing for multiple countries
- Analytical skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in delivering services / providing advisory to others
