Job Summary
Lead launch readiness and post-launch development of core HEOR deliverables, including systematic literature reviews, cost-effectiveness models, budget impact analyses, and global value dossiers. Execute EU HTA Regulation JCA planning and support payer value evidence communication through conference presentations and manuscript publications. Contribute to Integrated Evidence Generation Plans, RWE strategies, and pipeline target product profiles while collaborating with cross-functional teams on market access and pricing policies. Stay abreast of evolving payer landscapes to inform strategic HEOR planning and provide training to local colleagues on value evidence adaptation.
Required Qualifications
- A post graduate degree in health economics or related quantitative discipline
- At least 8 years' relevant experience in the field of HEOR in pharma industry, consultancy, or Academia, in an international setting
- Experience working on international HTA submissions
- Strong scientific analysis, interpretative and writing skills
- Knowledge of international health care systems
- Expertise on HEOR from Oncology, Rare Disease and/or Neuroscience including evidence synthesis, cost-effectiveness and budget impact modeling
- RWE methodologies for outcomes research and PROs
- Knowledge of trial design and understanding of key clinical, PRO and resource utilization endpoints
