Job Summary
Design and lead the global Total Rewards strategy aligned with business priorities and talent strategy. Evaluate inherited compensation, benefits, and incentive programs to develop a future-state approach for the standalone business. Lead global compensation, including salary structures, market benchmarking, and annual planning, while governing incentive programs that support business performance and leadership accountability. Provide strategic oversight for global benefits programs and executive compensation frameworks appropriate for a PE-backed company. Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and external advisors to ensure rewards programs are compliant, governed, and cost-disciplined. Lead the transition from inherited programs to a scalable, business-aligned rewards portfolio. This role supports the Food Ingredients Business as it transitions to a standalone operating model and prepares for a sale to CVC Capital Partners in 2027.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive Total Rewards, compensation, benefits or HR leadership experience
- Significant experience leading global or multi-country Total Rewards programs
- Expertise designing broad-based compensation programs, salary structures and incentive plans
- Experience with benefits strategy, vendor management and country-level benefits programs
- Strong background in job architecture, job evaluation, leveling and pay governance
- Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders, Finance and Legal on rewards strategy
- Strong understanding of global rewards governance, compliance and compensation analytics
- Experience operating in a complex, multinational environment
- Strong executive communication, analytical judgment and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in a private equity-backed company, carve-out, spin-off or high-change transformation environment
- Experience with executive compensation, long-term incentive design or Board / Compensation Committee support
- Experience supporting IPO readiness, public-company governance or enhanced compensation governance
