Lead global pharmacovigilance standards and governance to enable regulatory excellence and enterprise impact; define which PV standards to create, evolve, or retire; drive PV process redesign and digitisation; build and lead a 40–50 person global PV organisation; partner with Development, Regulatory, Quality, IT to align across functions.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in life sciences (PhD, PharmD, MSc) or equivalent experience
- Senior leadership experience in pharma, biotech, medtech, or other highly regulated environments
- Proven track record in defining and governing global standards, governance frameworks, or operating model transformation
