Job Summary
Own end-to-end software engineering delivery across Dallas, Copenhagen, and Pune, directly managing the Head of Development in India while partnering with the CTO and Head of Architecture to set global engineering standards. Establish consistent quality gates, drive resolution of systemic technical debt, and champion code quality, test coverage, and CI/CD maturity to improve team velocity. Own global delivery predictability from sprint coordination to quarterly roadmaps, creating visibility across all work streams and surfacing risks to executive leadership. Lead cross-functional coordination between engineering, product, and customer-facing teams while building a high-performance culture grounded in accountability and continuous improvement. Represent engineering in executive forums and board updates, ensuring alignment with commercial commitments.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in software engineering
- at least 5 years in senior engineering management

- Demonstrated success leading distributed, multi-site engineering organizations
