Job Summary
Global Head of Private Wealth is responsible for strategy, leadership, growth, and risk management of the Private Wealth service line for Ogier Global. Leads the service line across locations, drives income growth through business development and client relationship expansion, manages P&L, oversees product and operational innovation, ensures high-quality client service, promotes talent development and succession planning, and maintains governance and risk controls across multi-jurisdictional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading Private Wealth or related financial services service line
- Track record of income growth and product/operational strategy in Private Wealth
- Experience managing multi-jurisdictional teams
- Strong leadership, recruitment, development and succession planning skills
- P&L oversight and financial management capabilities
- Ability to drive innovation and use of technology to enhance service delivery
- Excellent client relationship management and governance/risk management capabilities
