Job Summary
Global Head of People & Talent to define and deliver a global People strategy and lead a multi-region HR function across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. You will partner with the CEO and leadership team, drive organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, and AI-enabled HR transformation, and oversee employee relations and global compliance while shaping and embedding a high-impact culture. This role remains hands-on, building and evolving the function as the company grows, with a flexible, remote/hybrid setup and a partner-centric model that supports global operations.
