Job Summary
Global Head of Operational Resilience responsible for safeguarding technology, security and digital assets across the organization. Leads cross-functional risk management, aligns with DORA/PS21/3, manages IT Risk, oversees security posture (including IAM, encryption, vulnerability management), and chairs key risk committees. Driving enterprise-wide resilience programs, vendor risk management, regulatory interactions, and reporting to CRO/Board. Requires a senior leader with deep experience in Operational Resilience or Technology Risk/Audit, strong governance and strategic oversight, and ability to operate across geographies in a financial services context.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years experience of leadership in Operational Resilience, Technology Risk, or Technology Audit
- Experience of Risk Management in an Operational Resilience context
- English language proficiency required
- Experience of Financial Services and/or Auditing an advantage
- Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Audit accreditations or certifications an advantage
- Problem solving and quality focus
- Strong project and programme management skills
- Drive, adaptability and delivery focus
